It automatically downloaded the updates for me when I logged in so I'm getting the "outdated server" message as well. :(

So nobody can stay connected for more than a few seconds?

Nothing has changed here except the server.jar file.

Yea, it seems to only allow someone connecting in to stay connected for about 5-10 seconds before throwing up the error.

100's of people have the error I am getting in the console, shutting down until I see something about an update.

Finally. I had been playing letting my tools break and making new ones, until a few days ago. Good to know some things are getting to where they should be.

I've always used stone tools, I go through a lot of tools. I have 1 or 2 iron picks and a diamond pick for specifically mining items that need them.

Yeah, I've gone through a LOT of cobblestone tools. My mine is just getting deep enough where I had to start making iron for a few gold deposits I found.
