So, some thoughts on Diana. This is based on some custom and vs. bot games to get a feel for her, as well as a lot of reading over the past few days from people playing on the PTR.
I LOVE Diana. She's extremely entertaining to jungle (haven't laned as her yet), comboing QR to leap through the jungle at high speed is great fun, and her ganks post-6 are merciless.
Her limiting factor is by far her mana, though not the extent of, say, Fiddlesticks. She can still do fine if she needs to pass blue over to mid, but if you can get blue either from the enemy or if your mid doesn't need it, she WRECKS. She's also not very tanky, so having a tank elsewhere is pretty necessary, especially as she also falls off a bit late-game. Her place to shine is mid-game, so one definitely needs to take full advantage of that.
I've been tentatively building her boots + 2 health pots + 1 mana pot or just boots + 3 health pots. Then I get Kage's lucky pick, boots 2 (Mercury Treads, Ninja Tabi, Sorc Shoes, and Boots of Mobility all seem reasonable), and a meki pendant (unless I'm getting blue a lot). Then Rylai's Crystal Scepter and Deathfire Grasp, and possibly a Chalice if mana is still an issue. Lich Bane is a must later on, and I'm still figuring out the best options for other items, though I'm forgoing Deathcap just because it's so expensive unless you're fed quite well.
I'd like to see if there's something else I can use as a mana engine, or if I can just be conservative with mana use, as the Meki Pendant and Chalice, while fairly cheap, delay things just enough to be annoying.
Skill wise, for Jungling I'm starting WQWE, then prioritizing R>Q>W>E. I suspect for laning I'd more likely do a QWQE, same priority order, though I haven't tried it yet to know for sure.
They also posted an image of the old, OLD UI (along with comments that people complained when they switched from it to the current UI, so they're ready for inevitable complaints about any UI switching in the future):
The upcoming champion's name is Rengar, the Pridestalker.
Passive - Unseen Predator: While in brush or stealth Rengar will leap at the target when using his basic attack.
Rengar builds 1 point of Ferocity with each ability he uses on enemies. When reaching 5 points of Ferocity, Rengar's next ability becomes empowered, granting it a bonus effect.
Q - Savagery: Rengar's next basic attack deals bonus damage and grants him increased attack speed.
Ferocity Bonus: Rengar deals enhanced damage and doubles his Attack Speed bonus.
W - Battle Roar: Rengar lets out a battle roar, damaging enemies and gaining bonus armor and Magic Resist for a short duration.
Ferocity Bonus: Rengar heals for a large amount.
E - Bola Strike: Rengar throws a bola at his target, slowing them for a short duration.
Ferocity Bonus: Roots the target for 1 second.
R - Thrill of the Hunt: Rengar activates his predatory instincts, stealthing and revealing all enemy Campions in a large radius around him. He gains Movement Speed and rapidly generates Ferocity while stealthed.
*Note that his E, if said in full, is Ebola Strike and therefore, for short I shall refer to it hereafter as "Ebola".
As far as I can tell, Rengar is going to be an amazing pick for the jungle. His steroids give him the potential to tear the jungle to shreds. I think that he may end up having the fastest jungle clear when he comes out. This will knock Hecarim from the pedestal. (Hecarim has a faster jungle clear than Dr. Mundo.)
Rengar also has a unique item that can optionally be bought in the store that gives him bonuses as he gets kills and assists (works like a stacking item)

Big thanks to @UPSKingpin for being my first "friend" on League of Legends and bringing me into a group of great folks to play with! Never had so much fun getting my butt kicked at that game!
I'm starting school on Tuesday, so I'm playing LoL all night, so if anyone wants to play with me, send me a message Explexify.

I just want to say that I am trying this game now... but it's best if none of you try to contact me or add me as a friend. Ever. Please, it's for your own good. Then, one day, when you hear that an angry mob of LoL players have finally gone and killed some girl who called herself Teramona for attempting to jungle when she should have AD carried, you can say "there's nothing I could have done."
Just remember that. There's nothing any of you could have done.
I'm probably worse than you. I'm level 6, several games in, and I still just don't get it. I keep getting slaughtered.

If you guys want, I could set up some games and game modes that would be extremely helpful in learning how to play, I've got a week till boot camp but I'm available to help out almost whenever I'm online

I've been level 30 for months and I still keep getting slaughtered. It's how the game works. Find a character you like and stick with them for awhile, trying to learn several at the same time just gets confusing.
I also have a smurf account at low level if you wanna play together sometime, Brian. The game doesn't get fully fleshed out until you get all the summoner spells and have access to all your runes and mastery's. But I can help you with lane roles, last hitting, map objectives, and teamfight skills.
I'd agree with Canti, it's a good idea to pick a champ/role and stick with it for a while until you feel comfortable with it. Then you can branch out and learn about the other lanes/roles. I didn't get fully comfortable with shot-calling and strategy until I started jungling, before that I mostly only played top and mid, but after that I understood a lot more of objective taking and counter-jungling and lots of other stuff.

Yeah, jungling gives you a huge grasp on the pacing and roles of lanes, and I also have a low level smurf account that could be used to play with you guys

I wouldn't mind having some help, but I've been told to kill myself more than once while playing this game. Just some insight in to how well I don't play.

tl;dr
We were down almost 200 points and came back somehow. I can't even fathom this.

And finally, her jokes are probably the greatest jokes in the entire game.

Also, Rengar's dance and it's origin.
2 Quadras, 1 game.
My team went 1/16/0
If only this were true...
Yes!
