i'm not sure i i'll be able to get oases, since my actual troops are so far from the outpost.
i can't do what i'm going to do and send a massive overnight raid to destroy animals in nearby oases to my 15c.
(both iron/wheat oases, i find those the easiest to conquer, and there's also a 25% wheat and 50% wheat )
ok, i have 2 settlers, and should have the 3rd soon. then i'll take my 15c.
i'll mainly focus on building up the residence, and in about a week i should be ready to join the outpost.
i'll have both my current villages firing all resources at the 15c... since it can't supply itself ever.
but it CAN have tens of thousands of troops in its walls, and still with tonnes of wheat production
Up to you, mate. If you want to come out to the outpost I can at least (hopefully) provide some protection. Just space out a little bit if you want oases.
Decorus Piscis is on residence level 3 and rising.
it is being easily supplied by the nearby 9c, Invisivillage.
settlers should be ready by the weekend hopefully
Bakery Hotel is churning out troops as much as possible.
I need to think of a creative name for the 4th outpost village...
EDIT:
just remembered its a holiday friday/monday...
that'll make settlers ready sooner, as i'll be playing travian in between working on my physics project
its safe in the journey, and it can be sent back to arrive when you want.
neither of those have ever been attacked ever since noone is anywhere nearby, except Ashyra.
but he's a friend, and he just quit...
ok, update:
all 3 settlers ready and its a 33 hour journey...
so they'll get to their destination at 11.30pm GMT tomorrow...
the spot chosen is (-71,276) as I want the iron/wheat oasis at (-72,273)
QFT. It's easy to figure out which oases my villages will be taking - look at which resource they have most of, then locate the closest oasis of that type.

Yeppers, I'm a little out of the way from the rest of you so I can take advantage of the oases in my tiles.

but i'm going for (-70,285)
i'm gonna take a 50% iron oasis, so that troops can be produced well.
plus they're generally the easiest to capture, simple little animals.

By the way, in case your wondering, TF stands for Terry Fortress, not Team.

It's unfortunate that I just got to the powerbase and I already have to move to the outpost

speed really is of the essence if you want to ensure safety of settlers.

and you don't need to be directly next to the other villages, space out a little if you want an oasis.
