We literally just got the 4 packs in yesterday. At first sip you're all "MEH!" and then you wait a few moments and you're all "OMG IT IS AN EXPLOSION OF AWESOME IN MY MOUTH." (p.s. yes it is definitely glassware dependent. But not too severely.)
BTW, I strongly recommend avoiding the hell out of GLBC's Christmas Ale this year. They got a new brewmaster and it's.. it's just awful. I had a sample from a freshly tapped keg and it was completely undrinkable. No spice flavors, excessively hoppy, and poor carbonation. It was like ... like Budweiser. *shudder*
@Tushon well, you know, perhaps i could ship you a "gift" from the great white north...
I would like to get in on this arrangement. Plz.
well send me in pm your address and what you want from this list:
in 750ml we have: Maudite, Fin Du Monde, Trois Pistole, Don De Dieu, Ephemere Apple/Blackcurrant in regular bottle it's all of the above and: Blanche/Noire/Blonde de Chambly, Fringante that i can manage something or the U which as never been available elsewhere than Canada (there's Red, Pale Ale and Honey Ale.)
i'll tell you cost for shipping and beer to arrange payments, and after that all bets are off (i.e.: i'll manage to make it look like a gift, but if it gets caught at border it...)
Also @oni_dels is that available all over Canada or only in Quebec if the answer is the latter I'd totally love a bottle or two.
according to the website it doesn't say if it's just qc or rest of it. i'd say check some beer place that sells Unibroue and if you don't see that 12pack winter mix, then i can ship you some
From Baltimore Maryland comes a classic, National Premium. My review? It's paired perfectly with pizza and bowling. Honestly, I mean that in the most positive way. If I were bowling and eating some pizza, this is what I'd want in the pitcher.
